Christmas Returns & Exchanges Policy
As customer satisfaction and piece of mind are very important to us, we have decided to EXTEND our exchange/return policy for Christmas Gifts ordered before the big day.
Our 14 day Returns Policy will start on Christmas Day rather than from the date of purchase, meaning that you have until the 7th January 2013 for us to receive back any items purchased as Christmas gifts.
If we can help you in any way over the Christmas period, please contact us and we will do our very best to help you in any way we can.

How to find the Product Code for your new item:
Select the item on the website you require and click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will bring up a shopping basket and will contain the Product Code for your new item, similiar to the example illustration below:
Please write this new Product Code on the bottom of the invoice to be returned to us with the product/s you wish to exchange. If the item you require is of lesser value we will refund the difference back to the card/account used in the original transaction.
Tip: Don't forget to click the 'Empty Basket' button after you have written down your new Product Code so you can return to your web browsing session.
If the item you require is of greater value, please state on the invoice that you "agree to the extra funds being debited from the card/account in the original transaction.

Returning items for a refund
Please note: The following guidelines must be adhered to to excercise the right to exchange/return items ordered from us:
Please return your unwanted item/s back to us. On receipt, we will refund the cost of the item/s back to the card/account used in the original transaction.
Our Policy regarding Underwear Returns
For Health and Safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned underwear.
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
